Special assembly on partnering state Manipur

Today's assembly was conducted by class VIII -D on the topic "Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat" on the leadership of Miss Betina P. Varghese. The beautiful Manipuri song "Ema Manipur", interesting factual information, followed up with small interaction between students teaching Manipuri language and mesmerizing Manipuri dance performance. This programme aims to enhance interaction & promote mutual understanding between people of different states /UT through the concept of state/UT pairing. The states carry out activities to promote a sustained and structured cultural connect in the areas of language learning, culture, traditions & music, tourism & cuisine, sports and sharing of best practices, etc.
